[Cubmaster Pack 410]

Greetings Pack 410,

 

      For camping tomorrow, I was talking with a couple people and I told them I thought the exit off I-10 was one thing and I was mistaken.  From Pensacola, take 10 east to exit 70 (Niceville/Eglin AFB).  Take the ramp twoards US 90.  Turn left on SR 285 for 0.4 miles and turn right on US 90 for 8.4 miles.  Turn right on Boy Scout Road for 0.9 miles then left on Chuck Johnson Road.  This should take you across the dam and up the hill.

 

     The first building at the top of the hill is Henson Hall, this is where we need to check in and it is also where you will find out which campsite is ours.  The camp needs to know who is present for insurance purposes and you will also get your swim/boat token and your patches.  Check in starts at 3:00pm.

 

     Please don't miss exit 70, the next exit is 15 miles down the road before you can turn around.  If you would like to caravan, I plan to depart Pine Meadow Elementary's parking lot at 3:00pm,  Plan on the drive taking about an hour and fifteen minutes.  If you have any questions, let me know and drive safe!
