Greetings Pack 410,

 

    The overwhelming majority voted for camping November 8-10.  Tomorrow, I will coordinate with the Council for our reservations.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  I think it will be a great weekend to go camping, it will likely be a bit cooler which will make that sleeping bag feel that much better and many of us will get Monday off to dry out gear and do laundry.

 

    Our next outing will be the Scout Day at Sweet Season Farm October 19.  That is Scout day and for $8 per person (age 3 and up), we'll get a whole cob ticket (as opposed to a half cob ticket) and each Scout will get a free patch.  You can check out the details at www.sweetseasonfarms.com.  Please be prepared to pay at the meeting next week if you have not already.  I plan to depart the Pine Meadow parking lot at 0900 and arrive at the farm at 1000.  You are welcome to caravan with me or meet up at the farm.  I will pay for everyone and then hand out wrist bands and patches then you're free to wander and leave at will.

 

    Keep in mind, our next Awards Ceremony will be October 29 along with a Halloween costume contest.  Keep working on those beltloops and see you next week!
