Submission Requirements

Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published or
currently submitted for
publication elsewhere and must be cleared for publication in the NCA09
Proceedings, which
will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press. The author must
specify the event
(symposium or workshop) to which the paper is submitted. All
manuscripts must be written
in English and must not exceed 20 double-spaced pages (inclusive of
figures and tables)
on A4 or 8.5”x11” paper with a 1” margin using a font size of at least
12 points. The
manuscript must contain a cover page with the author's contact
information (name, affiliation,
postal address, telephone number, and e-mail address) and a 100-word
abstract. Manuscripts
must be formatted for viewing using Ghostview (ps file) or Acrobat
Reader (pdf file). To
submit a manuscript, visit the symposium web site (www.ieee-nca.org)
