July 1 changes

Our main comparison site at ourfavouritecompanies.com is currently undergoing maintenance due to the major changes that came in on July 1st 2015, as mentioned in our previous posts.

It looks like it is taking some time for the callthrough companies to update their pages.

But I believe that all BT customers, at least, have received a letter detailing BT's Access Charge, which you will now need to add to the rate shown for callthrough access numbers.

• Our VoIP comparison page at http://www.ourfavouritecompanies.com/VOIP/ is now active again, as this is not affected by the changes.
• Our comparison of mobile sms top-up services for making international calls is still live at http://www.callsfrommobiles.co.uk
• Our callthrough service comparison pages currently redirect to the mobile comparison page at http://www.callsfrommobiles.co.uk
  The rates there may now be rather more competitive than they were before the July 1 changes.
• For PhoneStar's mobile sms top-up service we now link to the page http://phonestar.co.uk/cheap-calls-from-your-mobile/ rather than the PhoneStar home page.
