What is the meaning of the safety factor in the allowable stress analysis, and what is the result if the safety factor is adjusted up? Adjusted down is what?

It is to guide the analysis of the maximum stress that the line can withstand. The larger the safety factor, the more dangerous wires are detected. The default value is 2.5.
