The saved O file is always 0kb, after formatting, the free space of the website is still displayed as 0 kb, but the main body of LiBase shows that the free space is 7.4G.

1. Please check whether LiBase is authorized. If you already have permanent authorization, please jump to 3.

2. Please check whether the firmware version of LiBase and LiSurvey software are the latest version. If not, please update.
