O file cannot be copied when connecting LiBase to my computer via LEMO power cable.

Please recall and confirm whether the 'static recording' was stopped before the end of the collection.

l If you have not stopped "static recording", shutting down LiBase directly will cause incomplete file storage, which will prompt copy failure.

l If you have stopped ‘static recording’ and it still cannot copy, please further contact the technical support engineer responsible for your region or send an email to sup...@greenvalleyintl.com.
