FREE Events Training | Mossley Light Festival 24th November 2016 View this email in your browser EVENTS TRAINING - CARNIVAL TIME!    This Saturday, our friends at The VALE will be hosting the third instalment of our  FREE EVENTS TRAINING programme in partnership with Global Grooves. Our third training day will take a look at all things Carnival! We will look at Carnival locally, nationally, and internationally and learn how Carnival has transformed communities around the world. You will have the opportunity to hear from some of the UK’s leading Carnival artists and organisations and look at what it takes to produce and manage a local Carnival event. The session will run from 10am-2.30pm on Saturday 15th October. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
