Capoeira Beginners Course

Are you interested in finding out more about the art of Capoeira?

We are running 2 beginners courses starting at the end of September.  Each course will run for 4 weeks and cost £35.  One is each Tuesday from the 26th September and the other each Thursday from the 28th September

By the end of the four weeks Beginners Course you will:

Have developed knowledge of

1. 1. The basic movements of Capoeira
   2. How to use those movements in simple flow sequences
   3. How to apply those movements in a ‘game’ with your partner

You will also

1. Start to learn basic acrobatics
2. Learn an introduction to the music, percussion and song of Capoeira
