What's up you all! We've had a couple good rides these past weeks.
Yesterday turned into a slug fest toward the end rendering everyone to
napping after. I would like to keep these bike rides going.and create
a slower pace group (40 miles) and a faster pace line type group (60
miles). We will be meeting for both at the entrance to fiesta island
at 7:15am this sunday. Please let me know if you'd like to go so we
know whether to wait if you'll be a hair late.
Liz, Ted, and I have been going to corepower yoga recently for there
free week. I would like to sign up with them and was going to see if
they might give oa there student/military discount. I've been really
happy with them so check em out. Their hot yoga is brutal.
The potluck will be on saturday the 15th of august at 7pm. Bring a
dish and a good time. My house. If you need any info shoot me a line.
In other news... I proposed to Liz last Friday and we'll be getting
married the day before thanksgiving back east. There will be a
california reception the beginning of december. Very exciting. I hope
your day is going as good as mine. See you soon. -stu

Slow group will be about 15 mph while the faster group will be 18-20+.
We are taking the coast route up and back. We can meet some of you on
the way. I don't think the groups will be splitting until we hit
torrey pines. See you tomorrow. -stu

Billy and I will be there this Saturday at the potluck! One of our
friends might be joining as well. He enjoys cycling and I'm talking to
him about doing RAAM with us. He's a cool guy. And I'd like to join
you guys for the Sunday group ride the Sunday after the AFC half
marathon.
