the time passed by so quickly i completely forgot! one year completely
animal product free! and i never felt better......
p.s. if anyone is interested in doin a 50mi run i will be doing the
PCT50 V2.0 november 21!!! itll be my first race back since the injury.
but i feel great and training is coming along slowly but surly:)

I might be able to talk myself into the PCT 50, not sure it's steep enough for me (meaning everybody else will be running instead of walking!). Training runs, for sure, though, if you can handle company and I can keep up...
