As Greta nemtioned google groups is evolving into google sites.
However google is not providing any way for tyou to migrate a group to
a site so it has to be a rebuild from scratch.
At this point who ever decides to take on the task can decide where
the new site will be hosted; google sites, yahoo, OSU/OAC......
