OREGON TRACK CLUB MASTERS - FALL CELEBRATION RUN/WALK
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2008 - 9:00 A.M., KID'S RUN 9:45 A.M.
In addition to the 8 kilometer (4.97 miles) Celebration Run, there are 5 kilometer (3.1 miles) Run and Walk events as well. Both courses cross the Willamette River twice. There is also a 1 kilometer (.62 Mile) Kid's Fun Run. Schools with 5 or more students entered in the Kid’s Fun Run can compete for a cash award of $100 to be given to the school with the most students entered. There will also be awards for overall run winners, both open and masters (male and female) and wheelchair racers (male and female) and age group winners. This is also an Oregon Long Distance Running USATF Grand Prix Series Event. There will be refreshments and random prize drawings. Entry fees: Early registration through September 26, 2008, for all events except Kid’s Run is $22 with T-shirt and $15 without. Kid’s Run is $8 with T-shirt and $6 without. September 27 through day of race fees increase $5 except for Kid’s Run fees which stay the same.
