Job Description:
Performance Lead and Performance Engineer
8+ years of experience in performance testing.
2+ years of team lead experience with a team size of 5+
5+ years experience with either Load Runner or Performance Center Testing tool using protocols such as JAVA/EJB/RDP/Web Services/RTE/Custom Scripts/Citrix
4+ years experience in Java, Perl, Shell scripting, Windows Scripting
4+ years experience in developing VU Scripts for performance testing
4+ years experience in developing Performance Test Plans and Performance test Scenarios using requirements and design documents while specifying Testing Overview, Approach, Strategy, Scope, Architecture, Environment, Roles and Responsibilities.
2+ years experience in any of the following Monitoring tools Sitescope, Wily Introscope or other Java monitoring tools
Additional Skill Sets
Extensive working knowledge in UNIX and Windows platforms
Complete awareness of Software Development Life Cycle
Good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems
Experience of LoadRunner & Performance Center setup / installations / Administration / Troubleshoot / R& D
Experience in performance testing Web-based, Middleware and Mainframe applications on different environments
Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL Programming for testing database integrity
MQ technologies, zOS/Mainframe technologies
Weblogic Tuning, JVM Tuning, Performance analysis & Capacity planning
Weblogic installation / Domain Setup / Domain Administration
