According to 

R’ Mendel of Riminov, saying Parshat Hamon [Shemot 16:4-36] on Tuesday the week of Parshat Beshalach, is a Segulah for Parnasah.

It is a minhag (custom) of expressing gratitude to put out breadcrumbs for the birds on Erev Shabbat of Parshat Beshalach.
