I was wondering if anyone knew how the Flex file handles time course
(from a kinetic experiment for instance).

How are the images organized in the flex file, is the image order:
Channel, Z-Stack, Field, Time
I it something else, or does it depend on the type of kinetics study
run

Does anyone have any idea if the last three 000' in the flex filename
are used for timepoints (ie. 0010001001 means A01 second time point)?

Thanks in advance for any info and or example files you can provide me
with.

Best,

Ghislain
