Ghislain 60 x bead images

Ok I just looked at the corrected bead images and I see the same kind
of issues I see on my TEHS

the beads in image 1 are 30-40 % brighter on the left side of the
image, which suggests an uneven image plane. Image 3 I assume is non
confocal? Obviously we don't even need to comment on image quality
there :)

How many people have seen this issue with intensity changes based on
where in the image the beads are located? Also, who else has a problem
with the fact that the SAT only uses the 75th percentile of the data?
