Emergency activation

There used to be a way to get an emergency activation code for OpenQM. Is that still available and can someone share the details please?

Hi Clive,

This message on the Rocket Community board gives the link ... but it doesn't work for me. Martin's reply to the post indicates that this functionality would be incorporated into Rocket's RBC system - which I guess has now taken place.

So - if you are a Rocket Direct End User - and you have set up an RBC account - then log in and see what you can find there.

If you are a customer of Uniware, then you will need to contact support at uniware.com.au or qmsupport at uniware.com.au

Or you could try Rocket support direct.
