I believe the Amethyst Collar has a Speak Script that allows the Dom
to make the sub say things, It is available as a free plug-in (for
amethyst ). Any idea if that plug-in is compatible with Open Collar?
May this be a future Open Collar update feature. It really is fun to
put subs in compromising situations by making them say things they
would normally not want to say...

Currently we do not have this feature, it could be integrated in the
subspy system. Maybe for 3.5
