Hello all,
Just wanted to give a quick update on progress and making a kit available. The project has been maturing but of course can only go so far until an easy to get running kit is available for more people to be involved. The kit will soon be launched on Crowdsupply here: https://www.crowdsupply.com/mindseye-biomedical/spectra

On the above link you can see the final specifications(although obviously everything is hackable), and examples of what you can image, and what information you can get from it.

Obviously this has been a huge labor of love and fascination with biomedical imaging technologies.

Happy New Year all!

Jean

HI, have not been able to get https://github.com/OpenEIT/OpenEIT to work, usings anaconda and its missing important data - please try on a different windows machine and see how it works for you (base) C:\OpenEIT-master>ERROR: Command "python setup.py egg_info" failed with error code 1 in C:\Users\Lenovo\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-install-spim6pl7\matplotlib\

This looks like a package dependency issue perhaps related to a change in anaconda. I've tried pip install -r requirements.txt on all three OS's(windows/ubuntu and osx) so perhaps skip anaconda and create a virtual environment and install using the requirements.txt file.
