EIT for agricultural products

Hi All!

I was wondering if anybody here has been working on the application of impedance tomography for inspection of agricultural products? I've been working recently with Ion Mobility Spectroscopy for cultivar classification of different products and I wanted to start incorporating EIT for evaluation of ripeness. Thanks!
