The next two-year Spiritual Direction Institute (SDI) course, directed by Monsignor Chester Michael, will hold its first informational meeting on Mar. 13, 2011, 2pm, at the Church of the Incarnation in Charlottesville, Va.

This course covers 50 tools that enhance our individual spiritual journey and help us to accompany others on their journey. During the 2 years, there are once-a-month Saturday meetings and 4 weekend retreats. Through group discussions, lectures, personal daily prayer and study time, and book reports, we cover topics such as prayer and temperament, MBTI, intensive journaling, lectio divina, personal growth plans, etc.
