Dragonflies at Ojibway Prairie, Windsor

I was at the Ojibway Prairie last Friday (24 May) with Bob Curry. We saw a number odes. The highlight was a Painted Skimmer. We also saw a teneral male skimmer that I at first thought was a Great Blue but it did not look overly large so I wondered if it might be a Slaty Skimmer. After looking at a couple of field guides I'm still uncertain although perhaps the size alone (which you cannot judge in the attached photos) indicates it must be a Slaty Skimmer. Not sure if the shape of the claspers is helpful, assuming the photos show them well enough.
