Hi all,
Made an outing to Fletcher Creek Ecological Preserve this past Sunday with limited results - it was a very dewy morning, so I'm sure activity would have picked up in the afternoon when things dried out, but my time was limited so morning it was. Chalk-fronted Corporals and Dot-tailed Whitefaces out in some numbers around the big wetland at the SE corner, plus a handful of Eastern Forktails and a single unidentified Phanogomphus along the other trails.
Clearly I'll have to try again in a couple of weeks.
Echoing some of the previous emails to say that it's nice to see messages coming through on this group. I don't often see anything unusual so I've never felt like there was much point in my posting, but perhaps it's just good to keep the conversation rolling? Regardless, good to hear from my fellow ode enthusiasts.
Happy hunting,
Julie
