Calling it an "ambitious" goal, University of Wisconsin System President Kevin Reilly said he wants to increase the number of UW graduates by 30 percent over the next 15 years in order to create a better-educated and higher-paid workforce in the state. Reilly said he plans to achieve that goal through three tactics: increasing enrollment, preventing students from dropping out before graduating and innovative course delivery, like online learning courses.
