Critical Missing Person: Teddy Stocks Jr

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Teddy Stocks Jr., who was last seen in the 2300 block of Irving Street, SE on Monday January 19, 2026.

Teddy Stocks Jr. is described as a black male, 5’ 9” in height, 123 pounds, light brown complexion, with brown eyes and black low fade hair.  He was last seen wearing a black Nike fleece Jacket, black jacket, white t-shirt, black long sleeve shirt, white socks, black sweatpants, and navy blue and white Nike high-top sneakers.
