WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Saturday, September 6, 2025, the DC Bike Ride will take place in the District of Columbia and travel to Virginia. From Friday, September 5, 2025, through Saturday, September 6, 2025, motorists should take into consideration the following parking restrictions and street closures associated with the DC Bike Ride:

From Friday, September 5, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. through Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., the following streets will be posted as Emergency No Parking and will closed to vehicle traffic:

Pennsylvania Avenue, NW from 3^rd Street, NW to 7^th Street, NW
4^th Street, NW from Pennsylvania Avenue, NW to Independence Avenue, NW
6^th Street, NW from Constitution Avenue, NW to C Street, NW
7^th Street, NW from Indiana Avenue Street, NW to Constitution Avenue, NW
Constitution Avenue, NW from 3^rd Street, NW to 7^th Street, NW

On Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 2:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., the following streets will be posted as Emergency No Parking and closed to vehicle traffic:

All street closures and listed times are subject to change based upon prevailing or unexpected conditions.

The public should expect parking restrictions along the street and should be guided by the posted emergency no parking signage. All vehicles that are parked in violation of the emergency no parking signs will be ticketed and towed.

Motorists could encounter possible delays if operating in the vicinity of this event and may wish to consider alternative routes. The Metropolitan Police Department and the D.C. Department of Transportation also wishes to remind motorists in the vicinity of this event to proceed with caution as increased pedestrian traffic can be anticipated.
