MPD Makes Arrest in Northeast Robbery
(Washington, D.C.) – The Metropolitan Police Department announces the arrest of a suspect in a robbery that occurred in Northeast.
On Monday, December 1, 2025, at approximately 3:30 p.m. the suspect approached the victim in the 1500 block of Maryland Ave, Northeast. The suspect assaulted the victim and forcibly removed the victim’s property from his pockets. The suspect then fled the scene with the stolen property. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
On Tuesday, December 3, 2025, 48-year-old Dominic Hilliard, of Northeast, was charged with Robbery (Force and Violence).
