Critical Missing Person: Laniah Jefferson

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Laniah Jefferson, who was last seen in the 1200 block of 42nd Street, SE, on Thursday, March 23, 2023.

Laniah Jefferson is described as a black female, 4’9 tall, 90 pounds, with black hair in 2 French braids and brown eyes. Last seen wearing a blue jean jacket with “Baby girl” in white lettering on the front, and gray New Balance tennis shoes .
