Critical Missing Person: Jahlil Proctor

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Jahlil Proctor, who was last seen in the 1600 block of Myrtle Street, NW on Thursday, August 28, 2025.

 

Jahlil Proctor is described as a black male, 5’8" in height, 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing black jeans, a black jacket, and white sneakers.
