Hot Dog Pie with 3-Minute Cheese Sauce

2 1/2 cups Carnation 3-Minute Cheese Sauce (recipe follows)
1 1/2 cups (1/2 pound) thinly sliced hot dogs
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups drained whole kernel corn
1 to 2 teaspoons chili powder
2 tablespoons flour
1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell

Combine 3/4 cup 3-Minute Cheese Sauce with hot dogs, green pepper,
onion, corn, chili powder and flour. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake in moderate oven (375 degree F) for 35-40 minutes.

Serve at once with remaining cheese sauce.

3-MINUTE CHEESE SAUCE:
Simmer 1 2/3 cups (large can) undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
with 1/2 teaspoon salt in saucepan over low heat to just below
boiling (about 2 minutes). Add 2 cups grated process American cheese
and stir until cheese melts (1 minute longer).

Makes 4-6 servings
