1 large green bell pepper
1 large yellow onion
2 large chef potatoes
1 (1 lb) package all beef franks(can substitute Smoked sausage also)
1 to 2 packages pita pockets
Dice all vegetables and saute in skillet on medium heat for several minutes.
Add sliced franks or sausage to vegetables and saute until potatoes
are fork tender.
Place mixture into warmed pita pockets and top with your favorite
spicy mustard or whatever you prefer
