1/2 cup Wish-Bone Italian Dressing
1 teaspoon crushed mint leaves
2 teaspoons lemon juice
8 Iamb chops (about 2 1/2 lbs.)
2 tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
In large shallow baking dish, blend Wish-Bone Italian Dressing, mint,
and lemon juice; add lamb chops and tomatoes. Cover and marinate in
refrigerator, turning occasionally, at least 3 hours.
TO COOK:
Remove chops and tomatoes, reserving marinade. Combine bread crumbs
with 1 tablespoon marinade.
Broil chops and tomatoes 5 minutes; turn chops and top tomatoes with
bread crumbs. Continue broiling, basting frequently with reserved
marinade, until chops are done.
