Intro to Lacrosse Clinic August 18th - Help Our Club Grow

Good Afternoon OLC Families,

 

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a

 

Free Intro to Lacrosse Clinic

Sunday, August 18th

12:00-4:00 PM at Rancho Del Oro Park 

We will be teaching The fundamentals of Lacrosse, Throwing, Catching, Cradling, Ground Balls, General Game History/Theory, & Sportsmanship

 

As a group we need to work together to get the word out about our club in order to grow our league and make the upcoming season spectacular. Whether you or your child has moved on to the high school club, just started playing, or is a returning player, we would appreciate your help to get information out about this clinic to any 3rd-8th grade boys & girls who may be interested in taking up the sport of lacrosse here in the Oceanside (and surrounding) areas.

 

Gary Dizon and a few of his coaches, along with the newly appointed OLC Board and Coaches, have been kind enough to offer their time and equipment to help make our event successful. We invite you to share in our success and the growth of our organization. Any past/present players and parents are more than welcome to volunteer for the clinic. Please contact Shari Wilhelm or Cathy Smith for more information about helping out.

 

Two flyers are attached. One is a flyer you can print out and give to anybody for information The other is a copy of the 10,000 Box-Toppers Shane Casey at Domino’s has been kind enough to donate to our club. Order pizza from your local O’Side Dominos and get one for yourself.

 

Pre-registration on our website is required so early promotion is important.
