Nominations for Oceanside Lacrosse Club

Hello All,

 

As most of you may know, Oceanside Lacrosse is in the process "growing" the organization for the youth in our community.  In order to do this, we are asking the wonderful families that are involved with the organization for help.

 

Attached you will find a list of Electable Board positions and Volunteer positions with their job descriptions/duties & responsibilities.  If anyone would like to nominate themselves for a position, please do so.  Be advised that there is a time limit to these positions and that work continues even in the off season. 

 

Some members have already stepped up and offered their assistance by nominating themselves for a specific position.  If you are interested in participating, please email me, Nicole Amiatu (Blake Amiatu's Mom from D1) at nami...@cox.net and let me know what position you are interested in.  The nominations will be accepted through Friday evening - sorry no exceptions.  A formal ballot will be emailed to all parents on Saturday and will be available to fill out at the El Camino Real High School game on Saturday at 1pm and during the game at 2pm.  There will be one vote per family for each position.  Official voting will end on Sunday night at 5pm either via email or at the game.

We are a "young" club with many talented kids!  The goal is to work together as a team to enhance what we have already and possibly take it to the next level.  There is so much opportunity for this organization!
