Orientation for the Sensorica digital environment

Hi all,

The new Sensorica website now has a section called Digital Environment. I just started a section that help agents navigate the digital environment.

Please provide feedback based on your experience within our environment. We can make the orientation better by adding smart signalization all around the space, by redesigning our processes, and we can also take some notes for the future design and development of OVN environments.

I slightly improved this section yesterday. I think I've encapsulated in there some fundamental design principles of digital environments for OVNs that can be carried out in other contexts.

On est justement en train de rouler un autre projet dans ce style.

Nous sommes en train de déménager le OVN wiki... il y a pas mal d'info la dedans, mais pas acces en ce moment.
