Hi Everyone,
The OTC will be holding a triathlon training seminar on Sunday, June
27 from 2pm to 5pm at the Wellington St. studio. We'll discuss all
aspects of training for the sport and will help you to understand how
to build your own training plan. There will be lots on talk about
proper technique including active demonstrations, video and
PowerPoint. It is aimed at the novice to intermediate participant. The
