One day triathlon skills clinic

Hi Everyone,

I am considering holding a one day skills clinic on Sunday, June 7th
but would first like to measure the level of interest. I feel this
would compliment the lecture-based seminar very well. Please let me
know if this might interest you.

I would personally present all components and the day would include
the following:

- 2 hr session on open water swimming of which one hour would be in
the water
- 2 hr session on bike skills and basic maintenance
- 2 hr session on run technique and transitions
- Plus lots of time to ask questions

You would not be working out for 6hrs! These would be fun,
interactive instructional sessions with enough activity for you to
practice and be corrected on the techniques being taught. We would
have at least an hour long break between each session for rest,
refueling and transportation between locations. The cost for the
clinic would be in the range of $75 with a group size of 15 max.
