i need your help

hello everyone,
i kind of feel embarassed writing this message because ever since i
got here,i've always been in some kind fo trouble and have been asking
you all for help.
and so,as always,i am in a huge dilemma. i had been having problems
with school since the beginning of the year. first it was a
strike,then in may they declared bankruptcy,and then yesterday,the
students had a meeting with the pvt. colleges division of the ministry
of education,and were told that the college no longet exists and we
dont get our diplomas. and as for a refund,from a bond of $70,000 they
have pay back the students. so its basically a no win situation where
the people responsible for this have run off scott free.
there was an immigration lawyer present with whom i asked about the
validity of my student visa. he told me that since i've already got my
transcript stating i've passed the course,within 90 days i have to get
a job and apply for a work permit. but i dont understand how that can
be,who can give me a job since i havent completed my internship? the
other option is to get admission into a small time pvt. college just
for the paper work and make my student visa. i just dont know what to
do.my student visa is valid until march,and i got my transcript way
back in june,so technically my 90 days are up.
i am really hoping that you all being my elders and peers will be able
to guide me and help me find a solution to my problems. i really am
desperate. somebody please help me.
