Thought for a get together in Canada!!!!!

Hi All,
Spring time is here and it is time again for us to get out of
hibernation. Any thoughts about the date. I was thinking on any of the
long weekends......Please do come up with ideas about the location.
Pradeep ....How about having a get together on a ship. Any input on
that end Pradeep?

My Fellow Sherwoodians,

Greetings!
I am so glad that Anupam is finally getting down to organizing the get-
together.I have been after him since feb. Anyway,I am just glad that
the ball is finally rolling.
As for dates,the easter weekend suits me,but not the next coz I am off
for a short vacation from the 12th-16th.
And as for the venue, could we please have it in downtown. I totally
survive on the TTC so it has to be a place accessible by the TTC.
Other than that,I am open to any suggestions.

yes, we should be able to arrange a boat either at 1,000 or 30,000 islands.  Both are outside of Toronto, but will try an arrangement in Toronto however most of the booking are already taken for the summer over weekends. One of the other options could be the 'Niagara on the Lake' - we could car pool for out of town spots or even stay over.

Hey Guys,
I am not free on the 6th of April i.e friday, and am not even sure of
the weekend. I will try to let you know what dates I am available. Or
you guys decide a date and I'll try to be free that day.
I had a word with Razat yesterday, and he said that he prefers a
friday for the get-together.
Could 'Biryani House' be considered as an option for venue? The food
there is absolutely amazing!

Someone suggested something on a cruise which sounded like heaps of
fun....Anupam JJ Mugs is close to you and is a good spot too....the
ship sounds way more fun though
