Hollingworth and Lenton will outline the new trends in addressing global health challenges in the developing world, highlighting a renewed focus on culturally-relevant, community-based projects and emphasizing maternal and child health. Dr. Cass and Plummer will later join them for a discussion of relevant local implications.
