ORILS Draft Version 0.5

while I'm here, apologies for the long break from this place - new job
committments...ORILS Draft 0.5 will appear next week, and will at
least 'put a marker down' in terms of ISO28560. Obviously this can't
be firmed up until later in the year when the standard gets ratified &
a UK profile recommended.

There will also be something in there about 'smart shelving' as I know
of 1 site thats going down that route this year (are there more?).
Again, detail on this functionality is sketchy as its early days, but
ORILS should at least reflect the possibility of interest in this.
