[ORILS] Preparing your RFP

to Open RFID In Libraries Specification (ORILS)
Having been called into two recent evaluations that have used the
ORILS document as the basis of their RFP I thought it might be helpful
to produce this short document to give a little more guidance on how
it might best be used. Some libraries are asking questions contained
in the ORILS specification that aren't really relevant to their own
situation.
More detail is due to be published by the MLA shortly. The RFP
preparation guide may be downloaded from either ORILS or the Library
