ORA 64-Bit Not Opening on OSX 10.14.6

Greetings!

I am trying to install ORA (ORA-PRO-MAC64_v3.0.9.9.116) on my Mac, and when I unzip the file and double-click the icon, I get a window that pops up and says:

“ORA 64-bit 2” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information."

Any ideas on a fix? Thanks!
