Netmapper on server run for more than 12 hours

Hi,

I am using Netmapper on the server to analyze a dataset around 3.4 G.

The command I used is: 

$python3 pipeline_forever.py netmapper_input/ netmapper_output/ -nn runables/netmapper/

However, it's been 12 hours but I still didn't get any results in the output folder.

The process is stuck at:  HIHHI3: tmpxxxxxxx

I am not sure if it's normal to wait this long.

Any help would be appreciated!
