Hello,

 

We’re planning our semi-annual authorization workshop and hoping you can help us find some actors/actresses.  We have had some of your people participate in the past and hope some will be interested in helping again.  They will portray hospital staff members and grieving families who will be approached to donate their loved ones’ organs and tissues.  Please find the specifics below:

 

·        Friday, November 20, 2015 - Possibly all day.  We don’t have the exact times yet but at least for 4-5 hours

·        4-5 actors/actresses needed

·        Lunch will be provided

·        We will need a W-9 (which I will provide) completed and returned before the workshop from anyone that has not worked with us before
