Greetings, improvisers, teachers, and students.

The Web Development team has added a new Coaching & Teaching Page full of useful info, tips, and books for coaches, directors, and players.  Check it out at http://www.okcimprov.com/p/coach.html

Based on performer and student feedback, performing troupes and student groups are looking for coaches for one-shot, short-term, and long-term engagements.  To help meet this need, OKC Improv is going to maintain a list of coaches.

Note: Most performers and coaches agree that coaching should be paid, although payment arrangements are between troupes and coaches.  OKC Improv does not handle or involve itself in these transactions.

REQUIREMENTS

OKC Improv wants to make sure that the coaches we work with are treating students and performers with respect and providing quality coaching in a professional manner.

To ensure quality and help coaches improve, those listed on the OKC Improv Coaches' Page are required to meet with OKC Improv Staff from time to time, which may be before, during, or after a coaching engagement, to discuss goals and issues as they arise.

In addition OKC Improv will conduct surveys and obtain feedback from those being coached and share this information with you, the coach.

If you are interested in being listed as an available Coach on the OKC Improv website/Facebook, please submit the following information and answer the following questions.

To submit, please send an email to okci...@gmail.com with the following:

0. Name
1. What kinds of improv/workshops you are able/desire to teach
