Summer Opera Request form coming down

The form to request to usher for the Summer Opera Season (May 30 to
July 5) has been available for 2 weeks. Google had problems with
Groups on April 8 and 9 that may have made it difficult to get to the
form on those days. Though Google never sent confirmation of a fix,
access and submission has been stable again for over a week now.

There are links to the form from the home page, or click on
<http://groups.google.com/group/OHUG/web/summer-opera-season-requests>
or copy and paste this into your browser's address bar if that doesn't
work.

The form will be removed tomorrow night, Monday, April 20. Later this
week, the OHUG site will start posting Summer Opera individual
performances that need more ushers.

More ushers would still be helpful for
- this Monday: Goldman Environmental Prize Ceremony, report time
3:00pm
- Thursday, May 9: SF Ballet's Community Matinée on Thursday, report
time 10:30am

If you have friends that you want to introduce to ushering, tell them
that we're having a new-usher orientation on Sunday, May 10, report
time 11am. Orientation is the first step in the application process.
Volunteers may stay for the performance or leave at curtain, 2pm.
