Dear WikiEducator,
Having been part of the the proffesional development on using wikis under wikieducator,in phase one of this project, you are now cordially invited to this group(OERUG) where we shall exchange ideas and forge the way forward in phase two, where we create and donate content in our respective specialities that in turn can be used by all of us freely.
This content commonly called open education resources(OERs) will go a long way to alleviate the acute lack of high quality education resources in our country and also affect national policy in this area. This is a project by teachers for teachers.
We shall develop this content in our respective school clusters and i hereby invite you to have a look on the work so far on the main Uganda schools portal that depicts all schools and in particular to the Gayaza High School AND Makerere College school clusters to get an ideas of how we shall proceed. feel free to explore the pages and also use the code to build the cluster for your school. It is only New zealand and Israel which are ahead of us so far.
When work has gone some way,we have been promised some funding that will enable us to be renumerated for the work as we progress,so please be encouraged to join the project and reap in the near future. Dont choose to to be left behind.
It is time to take charge of our way forward.

Thanks Vicent,
That sounded great, bur ever since we went through phase one, and my personal failure to meet with the contract we signed, particularly due to my lap top crush, I became very busy and lost track.
Wish you the best for now.
