First of all you will need to register yourself as our client by following simple guidelines on our website. Once you have done it, you will be provided with your unique sign in id and password. Singing in as a client, you shall be entitled to upload your files that you need to get transcribed. You can even upload multiple files at a time and also include your specific instructions in the instruction box. Once uploaded, our online platform give the cost for the transcription project(s) before you purchase so you can review and revise your order as you see fit. As soon as you give your consent for it, our transcriptionists will start working on them. We also accept all types of media for conversion into digital format. The fee for the conversion will be determined, taking into account the type of media and the time it will take to complete the conversion.

When/how does payment take place?

Completed transcripts are uploaded into your folder and we inform you of their completion via email. After that you can log in to your account, and can pay your balance using Paypal, Master Card, Visa, Discover, Google Checkout, and Debit Cards. As soon as the payment is received, we will email the transcripts to you. We can also mail you printed documents for an additional fee of $15.00 per transcript for shipping and handling.
